PAYMENT & SECURITY
Dreams and Confetti accepts credit card payments via paypal through our online store. For more information about your security when shopping online with us, please view the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy at PayPal, our payment gateway provider.
ORDERING & ACCOUNT
We prefer that customers order and pay directly through the website. Should you wish to place your order via email, you can do so by emailing us at email@example.com
You do not need to open an account to place an order. Simply check out as ‘guest’. It is advisable to open an account, however, as it makes tracking your order easier. Future orders are also more streamlined with an account.
Cancelling an order is often not possible as we try to get your order out as quickly as possible. It's best to be careful to check your order before submitting the payment. If you do need to make a change please contact us urgently, quoting your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. For all returns and exchanges, please contact us within 7 days via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware, however, that there are certain items that can not be refunded such as balloons, straws etc. Should we authorize a refund or exchange, we only accept goods that are unused, unopened, undamaged and returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Postage cannot be refunded. If a product is damaged due to shipping, please email us with a photo of the damaged product. We do not refund on hire items after the goods have left our premises. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the returned goods arrive back to us safely. Hire items cancelled within 7 days will also forfeit payment.
NOTE ABOUT COLOURS
When placing an order, please keep in mind that some of colours may vary between what you see on the computer screen and the actual product. These colour variations are dependent on monitor settings. If a product is not what you expect, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. If colour matching is important to you, we recommend that you purchase a small sample before committing to a large purchase.
